We are hiring a

Telecaller

to handle customer calls, explain company services, and support the sales and marketing team. The candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Explain products and services clearly to clients. Maintain call logs and follow up with leads regularly. Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion. Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain professionalism on calls.

Requirements:

Qualification: Plus Two or Degree. Good communication and listening skills. Basic computer knowledge preferred. Age between 23 to 35 years. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Candidates from nearby Anthikad or surrounding areas preferred.
