Job Summary:

We are looking for a

female Telecaller (Sales Executive)

with excellent communication and persuasion skills to join our growing interior and construction firm. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in

sales, client coordination, or telecalling

, preferably in the

interior design or construction sector

.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote our interior and construction services. Explain company offerings and convert inquiries into confirmed leads. Maintain a database of client interactions and follow-ups. Coordinate with the sales and design teams for client meetings and site visits. Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets. Handle client queries professionally and maintain a positive company image.

Experience:

Minimum

2 years

in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales (experience in

interior design / construction

preferred).

Education:

Graduate in any discipline.

Communication:

Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills (English, regional language).

Computer Skills:

Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Personality:

Energetic, self-motivated, and customer-focused.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
