We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven
Telecaller
to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining our services/products to potential customers, maintaining customer records, and achieving set targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
Handle customer inquiries and follow up for feedback or appointments.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details.
Meet daily and weekly calling and conversion targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Graduate.
Good communication skills in
English and Malayalam
(Hindi is an added advantage).
Basic computer knowledge and telephone etiquette.
Experience in telecalling or customer support is preferred, but freshers can also apply.
Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
