About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated
Telecaller
who can not only engage with prospective students but also
convert leads into quality enrollments
. You will be the first point of contact for prospects, helping them understand our courses and guiding them through the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to prospective students and clients to share details about Oppam Academy's courses and programs.
Respond to inbound queries with accurate information and a solution-oriented approach.
Convert leads into quality enrollments by understanding prospects' needs and guiding them through the enrollment process.
Maintain and update records of leads, follow-ups, and student interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Provide feedback from calls to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education background in Psychology is a plus .
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malayalam.
Confidence and a friendly, professional phone manner.
Basic computer skills or knowledge.
Strong persuasion and problem-solving skills to convert leads effectively.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about promoting learning initiatives.
