Job Description

Outbound Calling:

Initiate calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote products or services.

Inbound Call Handling:

Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally.

Lead Generation:

Identify and develop potential leads for sales and appointments.

Sales & Persuasion:

Persuade potential customers to make purchases or schedule appointments.

Customer Relationship Management:

Maintain accurate customer records and foster positive relationships with existing clients.

Follow-Up:

Follow up on leads to convert prospects into customers and gather client feedback.

Reporting:

Maintain accurate call logs and generate reports for management.

Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on product details and services to effectively answer questions.
