with experience in the solar field to join our Marketing & Sales team.
Job Summary
The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, explaining solar products and services, generating leads, and ensuring smooth client follow-ups for successful conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to explain solar products and services.
Maintain and update the lead database and follow up to ensure lead conversion.
Provide accurate product information, pricing, and benefits to customers.
Handle inquiries professionally and escalate complex issues to relevant departments.
Record call details, feedback, and follow-up actions in CRM or reporting tools.
Coordinate with the marketing team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
Minimum Qualification: Graduate.
Experience in solar field (preferred)
.
Good communication skills in
English & Malayalam
.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Prior experience in telecalling / customer service / sales is an advantage.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹15,000 per month (Negotiable for experienced candidates).
Incentives based on performance.
Training provided for product knowledge and communication skills.
