Salary:

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain our products/services. Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication. Follow up with leads and convert them into potential customers. Maintain daily call reports and update customer information in the system. Work closely with the sales team to achieve business targets.

Requirements:

Fluency in Malayalam

(mandatory). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM handling preferred). Ability to handle customer queries confidently. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
