Requirement
Should have 0to 3 months experience in doing Tele Calling
Good communication skills
Tamil should be fluent and Then Malayalam and English

Client Interaction
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person meetings.
Understand and address client needs, concerns, and feedback.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients.
Issue Resolution
Identify and resolve client issues promptly and efficiently.
Ensure proper documentation of the data is done.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions.
Prepare reports on client feedback, recurring issues, and overall satisfaction levels.
Suggest improvements to processes and procedures based on client feedback and observations
