We are hiring a

Telecaller

with

minimum 1 year of experience

in the

civil services exam (UPSC) domain

, ideally in a coaching or educational institute. Your role will involve engaging with UPSC aspirants, providing course information, and assisting in the admissions process.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to UPSC aspirants to inform them about courses and programs. Answer inbound calls and resolve queries related to civil services preparation. Maintain and update lead data in the excel system. Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into admissions. Provide basic counseling and motivate aspirants regarding exam strategy and course benefits. Target oriented

Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of telecalling experience

in the

civil services/UPSC coaching field

. Excellent communication skills in

English

and malayalam Good understanding of

UPSC syllabus, exam pattern, and aspirant needs

. Ability to handle call targets and work independently.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
