IIHCA is seeking a motivated and confident

Telecaller

to join our Admissions Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining our hospitality and culinary programs, guiding students about career opportunities, and helping them through the admission process. Strong communication skills in

English and Hindi

are essential.

? Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on inquiries. Explain IIHCA's courses, fees, curriculum, placement support, and benefits clearly and professionally. Counsel students about suitable programs based on their interests and goals. Maintain accurate information about leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Schedule campus visits, demo classes, or counseling sessions for students. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets. Handle inbound admission queries and provide quick, helpful responses. Build strong relationships with students and parents to increase admissions. Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
