Job Description

1. Outbound Calling:

Contact potential or existing customers to promote products or services.

Make cold calls or follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.

Provide detailed information to customers about products and services, including pricing and features.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication.

Address customer queries, resolve complaints, and handle objections professionally.

3. Sales Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets.

Track and report on individual performance, including sales made, call volumes, and customer feedback.

4. Data Entry and Record-Keeping:

Update customer records in the CRM system after each call.

Ensure customer information is accurate and up to date.

5. Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on the features, benefits, and pricing of products or services.

Assist customers in choosing the right product based on their needs and preferences.

6. Lead Generation:

Generate new sales opportunities through referrals or cross-selling.

Identify prospects and qualify leads to ensure high conversion rates.

7. Customer Retention:

Follow up with existing customers to maintain relationships and ensure satisfaction.

Address issues or concerns promptly to avoid customer churn.

8. Compliance and Reporting:

Adhere to company policies and industry regulations, including data privacy and security standards.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
