Customer Interaction

- Talk politely with customers, answer queries, and handle complaints.

Appointment Scheduling

- Book, reschedule, and manage customer appointments.

Sales & Upselling

- Promote salon services, packages, and products on calls.

Lead Generation

- Call leads from campaigns, referrals, or online, and convert them.

Database Management

- Maintain customer details, history, and preferences in system/CRM.

Follow-Up Calls

- Call after services, take feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Telemarketing

- Run campaigns to promote discounts, offers, and events.

Appointment Reminders

- Call to remind clients of their bookings to avoid no-shows.

Market Research

- Collect feedback, note trends, and share improvement ideas.

Admin Support

- Help with data entry, reports, and coordination with salon team.
