Make outbound calls and Inbound to potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services
Understand customer needs and provide suitable information or solutions.
Follow communication "scripts" when handling calls.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
Schedule appointments or generate leads for the sales team.
Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.
Meet daily and monthly call/lead targets.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude during customer interactions.
Required Skills:-
Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Local language]
Good listening skills and ability to handle objections.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Customer-focused and confident on phone calls.
Qualifications:-
Minimum 10th/12th pass or Graduate (any stream).
Prior telesales or customer service experience preferred but not mandatory
Salary:-
Salary fixed per month + incentives (based on performance).
Working Hours:-
