The Telecaller will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, parents, and working professionals to promote our training programs, generate leads, and support the admissions process through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential students and parents to promote academic training programs.
Explain the features, benefits, and details of the courses offered.
Maintain a database of leads and follow up on inquiries through calls, emails, and messages.
Schedule appointments for counselling sessions and coordinate with the counsellors.
Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
Provide accurate information and maintain professionalism in communication.
Record feedback and update CRM regularly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or academic marketing preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages.
Strong persuasion and listening skills.
Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM or MS Office.
Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle student/parent queries.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Number of calls made per day.
Conversion rate (inquiries to enrollments).
Follow-up efficiency and lead management accuracy.
