We believe in providing our clients with the best investment opportunities and customer service. We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, explaining property details, and scheduling site visits. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers from our database or inquiries received. Explain project details, features, and pricing clearly and professionally. Generate interest and schedule site visits for the sales team. Maintain call logs, follow-ups, and customer information in CRM. Achieve daily/weekly call targets and contribute to lead conversions. Handle customer queries and provide prompt responses. Requirements Excellent communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi (any two languages preferred). Basic knowledge of real estate is an added advantage. Strong convincing and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team and achieve sales goals. Computer proficiency (MS Excel / CRM tools).
