Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
Handle inbound customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
Maintain and update customer databases with current information.
Generate leads and follow up on inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
Achieve assigned call and conversion targets within set deadlines.
Record customer feedback and escalate complaints to the concerned department.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum qualification: Graduate in any stream.
Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role preferred.
Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
Good listening skills and ability to handle objections confidently.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
