Tele Caller



Role Overview:



The Tele Caller will act as the first point of contact for customers who are not reachable by the operations team, ensuring seamless installation alignment, promoting value-added services (VAS), and handling customer support needs by raising complaint tickets when required.

Key Responsibilities:



? Reach out to customers if they are not responding to operations team calls.

? Coordinate and align installation schedules with customers.

? Promote and explain Value-Added Services (VAS) to customers, aiming for successful upselling.

? Handle incoming queries and raise tickets for customer complaints/issues.

? Maintain detailed call logs, updates, and customer records in the CRM system.

? Support both the Sales and Operations teams by ensuring smooth communication with customers.

Qualifications & Skills:



? Graduate/12th Pass with strong communication skills.

? 1-3 years of experience in tele-calling, customer service, or inside sales.

? Fluency in regional language Hindi & English.

? Strong persuasion, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.

? Ability to multitask and coordinate between sales, operations, and support functions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?18,000.00 per month
