Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Edusap and its features.
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
Explain product benefits, pricing, and implementation process clearly.
Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and client details in the CRM.
Assist in basic operational tasks related to onboarding and client support.
Coordinate with the sales and technical team for smooth client handover.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, telecalling, or customer service.
Proficiency in
English, Kannada, Tamil, and Hindi
(mandatory).
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
