The Sales Telecaller is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products or services, explain features and benefits, and close sales. The role requires strong communication skills, a polite approach, and the ability to meet sales targets consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
Call potential customers to inform them about company products or services.
Generate new leads and follow up with existing customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Achieve assigned sales targets within deadlines.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer feedback in CRM or Excel.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
Follow the calling script and communication guidelines provided by the company.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking style.
Experience in sales or customer handling (freshers can also apply).
Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle telephonic systems.
Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
