Divyaveda Pharmacy is looking for a confident and result-oriented
Telecaller
to promote our Ayurvedic products, handle customer inquiries, generate leads, and support sales for
B2B, third-party manufacturing, and direct customer orders
. The role involves explaining Ayurvedic products clearly, building trust with clients, and converting inquiries into successful orders.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to
distributors, doctors, retailers, and customers
Handle inbound calls related to
Ayurvedic products and manufacturing services
Explain product benefits, pricing, MOQ, and company credentials confidently
Generate and follow up on
B2B & third-party manufacturing leads
Convert inquiries into confirmed orders and meetings
Maintain daily call records, follow-up status, and client feedback
Coordinate with the production and dispatch team for order processing
Build long-term relationships with customers and channel partners
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication skills in
Hindi
(English is an advantage)
Basic understanding of
Ayurvedic products
(training will be provided)
Convincing, polite, and professional phone etiquette
Ability to work with sales targets and follow-ups
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, calling software)
