We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Tele callers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, explaining our products/services, and generating leads. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle client queries effectively.

Key Responsibilities

:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services. Maintain a positive, professional, and friendly relationship with clients. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Work closely with the sales and business development team.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated. Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools is a plus. Strong convincing and negotiation skills. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
