Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
Explain product/service details clearly and professionally.
Schedule appointments or site visits for interested clients.
Maintain call records and update the CRM database.
Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication.
Support the sales and marketing team with daily call activities.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, polite, and persuasive over the phone.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel or CRM tools.
Fluent in
