Job Overview:

The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients to promote and sell products. This role requires strong communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a deep understanding of the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to leads and prospects to introduce products. Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions. Maintain a database of prospects and track interactions using CRM software. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings. Prepare and maintain accurate reports on sales activities and performance metrics.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or finance is a plus. Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably in the insurance sector. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage. Strong persuasive skills and ability to handle objections.

Working Conditions:

Office-based position with a fixed schedule; flexibility may be required during peak periods. May involve working evenings or weekends during special promotions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per year
