Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven

Telecaller

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products/services, generate sales leads, and handle customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Explain products/services and answer customer queries. Generate leads and schedule appointments. Maintain customer data and update records in the CRM system. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum
