Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services. Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries effectively. Maintain and update customer records in CRM. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions. Follow up on leads and ensure timely closures. Provide feedback to the team for process improvement.

Required Skills:



Excellent verbal communication in [language(s)]. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Time management and multitasking ability.

Qualifications:



Minimum 12th pass or graduate.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
