Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Follow up with customers for feedback and payment collection if required.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints promptly.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Positive attitude and persuasive skills.
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass or graduate.
1 year of telecalling or customer service experience.
