Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates are both eligible.
Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or lead generation is an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle CRM tools or call logs.
Candidates residing in Gurgaon or nearby areas will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers/leads to explain company services and offerings.
Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries efficiently.
Maintain a high level of customer engagement and ensure follow-ups on potential leads.
Record customer information, call details, and responses in the system accurately.
Meet daily/weekly calling targets and conversion goals set by the company.
Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth lead handling.
Maintain professionalism, positive communication, and strong customer relationships.
Support the company in customer communication and documentation when required.
Desirable Qualifications & Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Ability to convince customers with a positive and polite attitude.
Strong listening skills and patience to handle diverse customer profiles.
Confidence in speaking over the phone and dealing with customer objections.
Basic knowledge of sales processes or customer service ethics.
Good organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
Pay Scale
?15,000 - ?25,000 per month
