Job Role:



We are looking for a motivated and confident

Telecaller

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inquiries, and converting leads into potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services. Handle customer queries and provide accurate information. Maintain a daily call record and update CRM. Follow up with interested prospects. Achieve daily/weekly targets and report to the team lead.

Requirements:



Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English. Confident, polite, and convincing speaking style. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.) Prior telecalling or customer service experience is a plus. Must be based in or willing to work in Gurugram.
