Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident

Telecaller

to join our team. The candidate will make outbound calls to potential customers, explain our products/services, answer queries, and generate leads or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services Handle inbound customer calls and resolve inquiries Maintain a database of customer information and update CRM regularly Follow communication scripts and company guidelines Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions Generate leads, schedule appointments, or close sales as required Maintain professional relationships with customers Provide feedback to the team to improve customer experience

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred) Good communication skills in

English & Hindi

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools) Positive attitude, self-motivated, and disciplined
