The Telecaller is responsible for making outbound calls and handling inbound calls to customers, explaining products or services, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Explain product/service features, pricing, and offers clearly.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales or appointments.
Follow up with customers via calls, messages, and emails.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer details.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling or sales targets.
Handle customer objections and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and support teams for follow-ups.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum qualification: Graduate.
1-2 years of experience
in telecalling, telesales, or customer support
Good communication and convincing skills.
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
Polite, confident, and customer-focused attitude.
