We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, confidence on calls, and the ability to handle clients professionally. This role includes outbound/inbound calling, explaining services, generating interest, and maintaining healthy client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce company services.
Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain call logs, follow-ups, and daily work reports.
Understand client requirements and share details with the sales/business team.
Schedule meetings or demos for senior team members when required.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects and clients.
Achieve daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle customer queries with patience and clarity.
Good listening and persuasion skills.
Basic computer knowledge - MS Office / CRM usage preferred.
Fluent in English (
Knowledge of additional foreign languages such as French, Spanish, or Arabic will be an added advantage
).
Positive attitude, quick learner & team player.

HSC / Any Graduate (Freshers can apply)
