We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers and clients to promote products/services.
Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries.
Maintain records of conversations and update customer details in the system.
Follow communication scripts and guidelines provided by the company.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Skills & Requirements
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or local language.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Prior telecalling or customer support experience is an added advantage.
