Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads or sales.
Handle inbound calls and assist customers with queries, information, and support.
Explain products/services clearly and professionally over call.
Maintain daily call logs, follow-up details, and update CRM/records.
Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products or solutions.
Build positive relationships with customers through polite and engaging communication.
Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets assigned by the team.
Handle customer objections and provide appropriate responses.
Collaborate with the sales team for lead handover and conversion.
