is looking for an enthusiastic and confident

Telecaller (Night Shift)

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will connect with international students, parents, and chess enthusiasts to provide information about our online chess programs and assist them through the enrollment process.

Job Type:

Full-Time (Night Shift), Work from Office

Job Time:

10:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents across different countries Provide accurate information about courses, schedules, and pricing Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with interested clients Convert inquiries into enrollments by understanding customer needs and offering suitable options Maintain and update call records, lead status, and performance reports Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets

Requirements:

Excellent

English communication skills

(spoken and written) Confident, polite, and persuasive on calls Strong

sales and convincing ability

Goal-oriented and self-motivated Prior experience in

telecalling, customer service, or sales

(preferred but not mandatory) Comfortable working in the

night shift
