Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain company products clearly and effectively.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Maintain records of calls and follow up on leads regularly.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets and contribute to team performance.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills and a persuasive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
Graduate in any stream.
