Role Overview
We're looking for persuasive and energetic
Telecallers
to help us generate leads, set up appointments, and promote our software products to potential clients. You'll be guiding prospects toward meaningful conversations with our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients across various industries.
Introduce and explain the benefits of Carbonate, Metro ERP, and Flavor CRM.
Schedule product demos and appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Handle basic queries and objections with professionalism and product knowledge.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies.
Requirements
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (preferably in tech or SaaS).
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities.
Basic understanding of HR, ERP, or CRM software is an advantage.
Comfortable working with CRM systems and call tracking tools.
