Job Summary:
The
Telecaller
will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, handling inbound inquiries, and supporting the sales team by generating leads and setting appointments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and preferably experience in HVAC, construction, or other technical domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to new and existing clients to promote HVAC products and services.
Respond to incoming calls and provide product information or route calls to the concerned department.
Follow up on leads generated via marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and online inquiries.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, and client interactions in CRM or Excel.
Schedule meetings or site visits for the sales or project teams.
Handle client queries and provide basic technical or service-related information (training will be provided).
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely follow-up and service delivery.
Provide feedback to the marketing team on call quality, lead sources, and campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline.
1-3 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or inside sales.
Good communication skills in English and local languages (Hindi/Regional).
Basic understanding of HVAC systems or willingness to learn.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
