We are looking for enthusiastic and confident individuals to join our calling team. The role involves speaking with customers/clients over the phone to provide support, collect information, or promote products/services, depending on the project.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound/inbound calls to customers or clients. Provide information clearly and accurately. Follow communication scripts and guidelines. Maintain records of interactions. Handle customer queries and resolve basic issues. Meet daily/weekly calling targets.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in English and/or regional languages. Basic computer knowledge. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work in a team. Fresher or up to 6 months of relevant experience

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month
