Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
Explain products/services clearly and convincingly to customers.
Handle inbound calls, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues effectively.
Maintain proper records of calls, feedback, and customer interactions in CRM/software.
Follow up with existing clients for repeat business and relationship building.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to business growth.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a telecaller, telesales executive, or similar role.
Female candidate only
(preferred).
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to handle objections and convert leads into sales.
Proficiency in Hindi and English (additional regional languages will be an advantage).
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
