Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to leads and prospects to promote our counselling and wellness services Handle incoming calls and inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and clarity Persuade and convert leads into consultations and paid sessions Follow up with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, or email Maintain accurate records of calls and client details in CRM Coordinate with the counselling team for session bookings and follow-ups Work toward achieving monthly conversion and engagement targets

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year

of

Telecalling or Telesales

experience (Healthcare, Wellness, preferred) Strong communication skills in

English

Knowledge of Tamil or Kannada is highly preferred

(Bonus if both) Confident and self-motivated with a persuasive attitude Comfortable with telephonic communication and lead conversion Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
