Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Telecaller (Female) to join our dynamic team in the Healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a customer-centric approach. You will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, promoting our products, and driving sales through telephone interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell healthcare products. Explain product details, benefits, and features to customers effectively. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about the products. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Follow up on customer leads and ensure timely closure of sales. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and sales goals. Keep a detailed record of all customer interactions, feedback, and sales outcomes. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to enhance outreach strategies. Stay updated on new product launches and industry trends.
