Female Telecaller
to handle inbound and outbound calls, explain products/services to customers, and support sales/operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate information.
Maintain call logs, follow-ups, and update customer details.
Generate leads and fix appointments for the sales team.
Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Follow company communication guidelines and processes.
Requirements:
Female candidates only.
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, email).
Ability to handle customer calls politely and confidently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
