Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and handle inbound customer calls.
Coordinate with customers via calls, messages, and emails.
Manage customer queries, provide support, and ensure follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
Use
Tally software
for billing, payment entries, and account updates.
Support the accounts team with basic bookkeeping tasks.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and coordination targets.
Requirements:

Qualification:
BBA, MBA, MCA, M.Com, or equivalent degree.
Minimum
1 year of telecalling experience.
Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written).
Proficiency in Tally (billing, payment, and accounts knowledge is mandatory).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, CRM preferred).
Ability to multitask between customer handling and account-related tasks.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
