: Minimum 6 months preferred (Experience in Skin & Hair Care industry is a plus)

ClinicGenNext is looking for enthusiastic and driven Telecallers to join our growing team. If you have experience in the telecalling industry and a passion for customer interaction, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to existing and potential customers via phone

Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions

Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently

Follow-up with customers and maintain strong communication

Daily leads from Facebook and Google will be provided by the company

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi And Basic English

Prior experience in a skin & hair care clinic is preferred

Ability to handle and convert leads effectively

Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity is a plus
