Job Description

To engage with MSMEs/entrepreneurs, understand their business needs, provide guidance on mentoring programs, and facilitate their participation in structured learning and mentoring initiatives.

Key Responsibilities



1. Outreach & Engagement



Call assigned MSMEs/sellers and explain the mentoring program. Encourage participation in training, webinars, and mentoring sessions. Maintain a positive and professional communication tone.

2. Needs Assessment



Understand business challenges of MSMEs (e.g., listing, pricing, cataloging, operations). Identify whether the MSME requires basic support, advanced mentoring, or technical help.

3. Program Facilitation



Guide MSMEs on how to enroll in mentoring programs. Schedule or connect them with mentors where applicable. Share relevant resources, links, or learning materials.

4. Follow-up & Tracking



Conduct follow-up calls to check progress and participation. Track responses: interested, not interested, follow-up required. Maintain call logs and update CRM/Excel dashboards.

5. Coordination



Coordinate with internal mentoring/training teams. Escalate complex cases to senior mentors or enablement teams.

Desired Skills



Good communication skills (Hindi/English + regional language preferred). Basic understanding of e-commerce/MSME ecosystem (Flipkart, onboarding, listings, etc.). Active listening and problem-solving ability. Patience and empathy while speaking with small business owners. Basic Excel and data entry skills.

Pay: ?17,000.00 - ?23,000.00 per month
