Communicate product details clearly and professionally with overseas buyers.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries from global customers.
Maintain strong follow-up with prospects and convert leads into potential business.
Coordinate with the export sales team for quotation, samples, and order processing.
Update daily call reports, customer database, and CRM entries.
Understand export documentation terms (basic knowledge preferred).
Build and maintain strong customer relationships with excellent communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent fluency in English (spoken & written).
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Ability to handle international clients with confidence.
Good knowledge of email writing and professional communication.
Proactive and good at follow-up.
Computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM).
