Telecalling Role

to handle customer calls, provide information about products/services, and generate leads or sales through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers Explain company products and services clearly Generate leads and follow up for closures Maintain customer records and call details in system/Excel Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally Achieve daily and monthly calling or sales targets

Requirements:

Experience:

0-2 years in telecalling.

Education:

Minimum 12th pass

Skills:

Good communication (Hindi & basic English) Confident, friendly, and convincing attitude Basic computer and mobile handling knowledge Positive and target-oriented mindset
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
