We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our Accounting Software team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce accounting software solutions.
Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with leads and existing clients.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to clients.
Coordinate with the technical and sales teams for smooth customer onboarding.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, queries, and resolutions.
Support backend documentation, email communication, and CRM updates.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
