As a Tele-caller, you will play a pivotal role in our Sales and Customer Service team. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers or existing clients with the aim of promoting our products/services, providing information, and generating sales leads. Your ability to effectively communicate, build rapport, and handle customer inquiries will be essential in achieving our sales targets and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls:
Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers or existing clients to introduce our products/services and offer solutions based on their needs.
Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify potential sales leads through effective questioning and listening to customer requirements.
Customer Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication skills, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Appointment Setting:
Schedule appointments for the Sales team with qualified leads and provide all necessary information to ensure successful meetings.
Follow-up:
Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, address any concerns, and assist in the conversion of leads into customers.
Data Management:
Accurately record customer information, interactions, and sales details in the CRM system.
Achieve Targets:
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the Sales Manager.
Feedback and Reporting:
Provide regular feedback on customer trends, objections, and market insights to improve sales strategies.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Sales or related field is a plus.
Proven experience in telemarketing or customer service roles.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
