Job Summary:
Pictaz Studio is seeking a proactive and persuasive Telecaller with at least 1 year of experience in outbound calling and customer engagement. You will be the voice of our brand, responsible for contacting leads, explaining our studio services, and converting inquiries into appointments or sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
Clearly explain Pictaz Studio's offerings (e.g., photo sessions, editing packages, event coverage).
Follow up on inquiries and maintain strong customer relationships.
Record and update customer details and feedback in the CRM.
Achieve weekly and monthly call targets and conversion goals.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth client onboarding.
Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle objections and answer queries professionally and convincingly.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of telecalling or telemarketing experience.
Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
Prior experience in a photography, studio, or creative service company is a plus.
Confident, self-motivated, and results-driven.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
